"Is Dark Matter REAL?"

Dark Matter problem is a long-standing issue since the 1930s. Among almost 90 years, astronomer found the problems from all the scale of the universe. Some of the issues are still difficult to explain with dark matter. In this talk, I would like to review the problems and concepts from the cosmic microwave background radiation, galaxy clusters, spiral and elliptical galaxies to dwarf galaxies. Besides the mismatch with observation in astronomy, the detection of dark matter has null result from high energy experiment. The challenge of dark matter and dark matter problem is real. But, is the dark matter REAL?
