The Carina Nebula is a star-forming region well-known for its extreme massive stellar content, and ongoing star-formation activity. Large scale surveys of this region in the infrared and X-ray wavelengths, conducted in the last decade, have produced comprehensive sample of young stellar objects (YSOs), found presence of many new sites of star-formation, and found evidence of feedback--- both positive and negative---of massive stars on the ongoing star-formation, and the surrounding media. We make use of the existing public data to study star-formation in the obscured/embedded clusters of this region. In this talk, we will particularly focus on one such embedded star-cluster, centered around an IRAS source, IRAS 10427-6230. This object located at an angular separation of ~ 1 degree from the central clusters, is an extremely young region. It shows a presence of a compact H II region, a cold dense clump, 6 Class 0/I YSO candidates including one detected in Herschel, and ~50 Class II/III YSO candidates based on the near-IR and mid-IR colors.
