The sample of Be stars remains incomprehensive due to the insufficient information of rotation, age, and distance. We have identified more than 350 new Be candidates with the LAMOST DR3 data, and most of these stars are field stars, i.e., not in star clusters. Most of the Be candidates are located near the Galactic Anti-Center due to the survey strategy and the outermost Be star candidates with photometric distance toward Galactic Anti-Center are about 20-25 kpc. Additionally, we have initialized a Be star hunting project in about hundred star clusters with the PTF data. The pilot studies have been implemented for the star clusters NGC 663 and NGC 6830. The revised sample of Be star can be used to study the formation and evolution of massive stars, and to trace the spiral arms towards the Galactic Anti-Center.
