摘要：

The Milky Way harbours a supermassive black hole at its centre. The activities created by the black hole drive an outflow which forms a huge structure which is dubbed the Fermi Bubbles. The existence of the bubbles is confirmed by the radiations it emits. We review different sources of the radiations and we discuss the relation between the bubbles and the very high energy cosmic rays observed at Earth.
